Tasks
- Deal with tax advisory projects in a wide range of areas, including Swiss and international taxation of cross-border employment structures and planning, equity incentives, pensions, rulings, etc.
- Manage projects with the support of the leadership team from day one.
- Be involved in client-facing activities in projects in the field of individual taxes.
- Participate and help shape solutions by advising clients ad hoc.
- Work with the national tax office to do research, write and prepare tailored advice.
- Learn and apply technical knowledge directly on fascinating cases.
- Help prepare and deliver presentations to clients and colleagues.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in business administration, law or a similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in providing tax advisory services to international clients.
- Team player who appreciates daily contact with clients and colleagues in the network.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and question the status quo.
- Enjoy writing, doing research, exploring options and helping design solutions.
- Eager to learn and willing to develop, and would like to benefit from tax trainings.
- Outgoing and enjoy helping people solve their challenges, with a thirst for knowledge that brings new perspective to projects.
- Able to manage tasks with competing deadlines and prioritise accordingly.
- Like to work in teams and have experience in managing them.
- Speak German or French fluently and have very good English skills.
