Tasks

  • Translate product strategy into actionable work items and manage the product backlog at sprint level.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality features and focus on sprint execution (2-week cycles), issue resolution, change request management, and operational excellence for multiple products.
  • Serve as the primary interface between teams and product leadership, ensuring continuous delivery of value while maintaining system reliability and compliance with ITIL/ISO 2k service management standards.
  • Maintain strong technical engagement to understand implementation details, technical constraints, and quality standards while driving continuous improvement.
  • Define and maintain the product backlog with clear, prioritized items aligned with product strategy.
  • Write features and detailed acceptance criteria to enable quality work.
  • Prioritize features for sprint cycles based on business value, technical dependencies, and customer impact (shared with PM).
  • Manage technical debt prioritization to balance feature delivery.
  • Lead incident response activities and coordinate resolution efforts.
  • Assess severity and prioritize incidents based on business impact.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on critical incidents to prevent recurrence.
  • Run daily standups to provide clarity, remove blockers, and track progress.
  • Participate in sprint planning to align team capacity with product priorities and technical constraints.
  • Document and maintain product specifications.

Requirements

  • Customer issue resolution, feedback management, customer advocacy, and usability assessment skills.
  • Understanding of software architecture, scalability, technical debt, API design, and system integration.
  • Deep and broad knowledge in the field of M365 and all related products.
  • Experience with agile ceremonies, team communication, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and technical discussions.
  • Experience with ITIL change management, issue tracking, impact assessment, and risk evaluation.
  • Ability for quick decision-making, prioritization, trade-off analysis, and technical trade-off evaluation.
  • Experience with backlog tracking, metrics analysis, health monitoring, documentation, and governance.
