Our auditors help national and international clients achieve their corporate goals, manage risks, and improve business performance. In close collaboration with professionals, you will conduct audit missions with diverse clients, working independently while benefiting from expert advice. You will contribute and actively participate in the development of our services.
Tasks
- Be involved in important projects from the first days, gaining exposure to the Audit environment and its responsibilities.
- Act as a role model and mentor for less experienced team members, providing on-the-job training and supporting their development through evaluation and counselling.
- Audit annual and consolidated financial statements of national and international clients in accordance with Swiss and international accounting standards (Swiss CO, FER, and IFRS), together with the team lead.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a specialization in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling and 2 years of audit experience at Big4.
- Strong understanding of IFRS audit standards and CPA or ACCA license (or equivalent).
- Motivated, self-starting team player with a "can do" attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with strong project management and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with commonly used computer applications, such as Microsoft Office; competency in data analytics is an advantage.
