Our auditors help national and international clients achieve their corporate goals, manage risks and improve business performance. In close collaboration with professionals, you will conduct audit missions with diverse clients, working independently while benefiting from expert advice. You will actively participate in the development of our services.

Tasks

  • From the first days, you will be involved in important projects, giving you the chance to get to know the Audit environment and its responsibilities.
  • Act as a role model and mentor for less experienced team members, provide on-the-job training and develop talented team members through evaluation and counselling.
  • Audit annual and consolidated financial statements of national and international clients in accordance with Swiss and international accounting standards (Swiss CO, FER and IFRS), together with the team lead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a specialization in Accounting, Finance or controlling.
  • 2 years of audit experience at Big4.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS audit standards.
  • CPA or ACCA license (or equivalent).
  • Motivated, self-starting team player with a "can do" attitude, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and communication skills in English – both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with commonly used computer applications, e.g. Microsoft Office; competency in data analytics is an advantage.
