Tasks
- Conduct audit missions with diverse clients in close collaboration with professionals.
- Be involved in important projects from the first days, gaining exposure to the Audit environment and its responsibilities.
- Act as a role model and mentor for less experienced team members, provide on-the-job training, and support their development through evaluation and counselling.
- Audit annual and consolidated financial statements of national and international clients in accordance with Swiss and international accounting standards (Swiss CO, FER, IFRS) together with the team lead.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a specialization in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling.
- 2 years of audit experience at Big4.
- Strong understanding of IFRS audit standards.
- CPA or ACCA license (or equivalent).
- Motivated, self-starting team player with a "can do" attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with commonly used computer applications, such as Microsoft Office; competency in data analytics is an advantage.
