Help clients successfully manage global challenges by auditing organizations and strengthening the trust of investors and stakeholders at Deloitte Switzerland. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in US corporate audit and make a valuable contribution to the world. Coaching and support are available for returners to refresh knowledge and skills and help transition back into the workplace after a longer career break.

Tasks

  • Manage and help deliver audit engagements of multinational companies or Swiss subsidiaries of US companies in the US corporate audit team.
  • Focus primarily on PCAOB (US GAAP and/or IFRS) engagements, with the option to work on ISA engagements.
  • Leverage analytical tools and technologies to approach challenges in innovative ways.
  • Coach Swiss-based audit teams on technical US accounting, auditing and reporting matters.
  • Supervise, guide and mentor junior staff, and contribute to performance feedback and training.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, organizational and social skills.
  • Degree in business administration or similar finance field, or eagerness to learn more.
  • Between 3 to 5 busy seasons of experience, preferably with both listed and private clients.
  • Extensive track record working on audits in accordance with PCAOB standards, including group and component experience.
  • High IT affinity; well versed in data analytics and innovative tools.
  • Fluent in English; additional knowledge of French or German is an asset.
