The Global Employer Services (GES) team, part of Deloitte's Tax & Legal practice, partners with multinational companies to navigate global mobility and payroll complexity with confidence. We deliver end-to-end payroll solutions and strategic advice that keeps our clients compliant, efficient, and ahead of the curve.

Tasks

  • Deliver expert advice on payroll and compensation matters, building trusted relationships with clients
  • Own client management from scoping through delivery, ensuring exceptional results and client satisfaction
  • Support business development by identifying opportunities to expand the Payroll offering with existing and new clients
  • Contribute to team excellence by mentoring junior consultants and sharing best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovative approaches to payroll service delivery
  • Monthly processing of end-to-end payroll processes in national and international contexts
  • Further develop technologies in the payroll area and be involved in upcoming technology-driven projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience within practice or an in-house team providing compensation/payroll services to multinational clients and/or expatriates
  • Detail-oriented professional with strong payroll expertise and a proven track record of delivering high-quality client work
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to the professional development of yourself and your team
  • Clear communicator with clients and colleagues, taking pride in delivering exceptional service
  • Qualification in fiduciary services or a degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline, complemented by further training in HR, payroll or tax
  • Knowledge of various payroll accounting systems such as Abacus and SAP (others are an advantage) and a high affinity for Artificial Intelligence and technology
  • Excellent technical as well as analytical skills and a reliable team player
  • Excellent command of English and fluent in either French or German; additional language skills are considered a significant advantage
