As a (Senior) Consultant in the Global Employer Services (GES) immigration team, you will provide immigration advisory and compliance services to global and local clients. You will work on various engagements, helping international organisations successfully navigate international mobility.

Tasks

  • Together with other subject matter experts, guide clients and their employees through the Swiss immigration process.
  • Manage and drive your own case and client portfolio, staying on top of pending tasks from initial client contact to document collection, application drafting and filing, and receipt of final approvals.
  • Develop strong client relationships and have direct contact with authorities.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and files in the case management tool.
  • Prioritize multiple client requests in a fast-paced and high-stakes environment.

Requirements

  • Holder of university or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor or Master) in law or a similar field.
  • Initial experience in the field of immigration or HR/Global Mobility.
  • You enjoy direct client contact, coordinating multidisciplinary projects, and collaborating in international team set-ups as well as with immigration authorities.
  • You are structured, resilient, and solution oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You like to challenge the status quo and are interested in technology and process efficiencies.
  • You communicate confidently and fluently (professional level in oral and written) in English and German or French. Italian would be a plus.
