Tasks
- Work closely with clients at the heart of the business, implementing innovative strategies, crafting operating models, integrating core systems, and optimizing business processes in sales and distribution, marketing, underwriting, operations, customer service, and claims.
- Provide clients with a unique vision on building flexible, innovative business and operating models and services rooted in a strong foundation.
- Support and lead the development of thought leadership that pinpoints the future of insurance and acts as a value add and door opener to clients.
- Use skills and day-to-day insights to sculpt the insurance landscape of tomorrow.
Requirements
- You are curious, passionate about learning, able to enrich projects with your fresh and unique perspective, and able to survey, articulate, and develop solutions to complex problems.
- You have a passion for driving topics such as strategy development, operating model redesign, core platform transformation, customer-centric design, process digitisation, and cost optimisation in the insurance industry.
- You have a university degree with a strong academic record and relevant work experience in insurance and/or with a major consulting firm.
- You have a solid understanding of the insurance value chain and its core processes, such as sales & distribution, underwriting, policy administration, claims, and customer service management.
- Good understanding of core insurance platforms is a plus (e.g. Guidewire).
- Fluency in German and English; additional French is a plus.
