Tasks

  • Advise clients on controls enhancement opportunities, focusing on technology such as ERP functionalities (SAP S/4HANA).
  • Support clients in transforming their internal controls framework while ensuring compliance.
  • Lead projects covering all aspects of engagement delivery, including scoping, programme and team selection, delivery, risk and quality management.
  • Support SAP Internal Controls go-to-market initiatives and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to develop new market offerings and advance existing ones.
  • Lead, inspire, develop and coach the team.

Requirements

  • You are organized, have strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills which allow you to build good relationships with clients and to manage and develop others in an advisory role.
  • You have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in delivering ERP controls transformation or ERP audit projects, and have a good understanding of the main SAP S/4HANA business processes and how to leverage the new functionalities for compliance and internal controls purposes.
  • You are familiar with automated controls in the shape of ERP configurations.
  • You have good knowledge of the core business processes (e.g. PTP, OTC, RTR, Treasury, Tax, HR, etc.) and related key risk management concepts.
  • You have in-depth experience in internal controls design, remediation, and implementation.
  • You are completely fluent in English. German would be highly advantageous.
