Join Deloitte Switzerland’s Third-Party Advisory & Technology Implementation team in Zurich and empower organisations through technology-enabled transformation journeys. The team assists in identifying, evaluating and mitigating risks associated with external business relationships through advisory, implementation and operate services, focusing on enhancing third party management processes, including risk management and contract lifecycle management activities.

Tasks

  • Analyse client’s TPRM and/or CLM processes and provide advisory services to enhance their existing ways of working.
  • Support clients in technology capability assessments and identify configuration and integration opportunities for selected TPRM and/or CLM technology.
  • Translate business requirements into technology capabilities and develop end-to-end implementation plans, including configuration plans, UAT scripts, and integration strategies.
  • Support business and technical teams during design, build, test and deployment phases of TPRM and/or CLM Technology Implementation.
  • Configure and build integration solutions that meet client’s business requirements.
  • Lead delivery of detailed integration architecture including software and infrastructure components, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation where required for the implementation.

Requirements

  • Technical solution experience, ideally on large scale, complex cloud-based SaaS implementations.
  • Specific experience with configuring and implementing market leading TPRM or Contract Management Technologies (e.g. OneTrust, ProcessUnity, ServiceNow, Icertis, Sirion, DocuSign).
  • In-depth understanding of different integration vendors and technologies, and key differences between these.
  • Experience acting within a Solution Architect role and proven expertise in an IT development background.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, with ability to leverage AI-driven insights within daily tasks.
  • Knowledge or experience working in Risk Consulting and/or professional services is considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; German is considered an advantage.
  • Highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and able to manage own workload.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, both internally and externally with clients and third parties, able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels.
  • Ability to build professional relationships and rapport within the team and its clients.
  • Proactive, self-starter and committed individual seeking to add value in the role.
  • Strong ability to plan around and manage changing environments and priorities throughout a cloud-based SaaS implementation project for global organizations across multiple workstreams.
