Join our Finance Transformation Consulting team and help clients successfully manage global challenges. Our consultants provide support from strategic design to tool evaluation and implementation, creating customized and integrated solutions by leveraging the latest technological developments.

Tasks

  • Spearhead ERP/EPM-enabled finance transformation initiatives, including ERP/EPM assessment and Phase 0, leveraging leading platforms to optimise financial processes and reporting.
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end finance transformation projects focused on the future of finance, including the design and implementation of Finance Strategy and Target Operating Models, and the definition and implementation of performance steering models.
  • Drive Day 1 readiness activities post-integration to ensure seamless finance operations and compliance following mergers or acquisitions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and technology partners to integrate advanced finance solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Advise clients on finance strategy, process optimisation, and technology adoption to enhance decision-making, performance management, and value creation.
  • Drive business development activities with the team.

Requirements

  • You hold a university degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • You bring at least 10 years of experience in Finance Strategy, transformation, or consulting, ideally with exposure to ERP/EPM-enabled finance projects, strategy design, Target Operating Model design and integration readiness.
  • Experience in consulting gained within a Big Four firm or a leading consulting market player is required.
  • You have a strong understanding of finance processes including controlling, consolidation, planning and reporting.
  • You possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • You are fluent in English, fluent in German or French, with a willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally.
  • Experience working with leading ERP and finance technology platforms is highly desirable.
