The Global Employer Services (GES) team, part of Deloitte's Tax & Legal practice, partners with multinational companies to navigate global mobility and payroll complexity with confidence, delivering end-to-end payroll solutions and strategic advice to keep clients compliant, efficient, and ahead of the curve.

Tasks

  • Drive growth by expanding the Payroll offering and onboarding high-value clients.
  • Deliver expert counsel on all payroll-related matters, earning client trust through deep expertise.
  • Own engagements with full autonomy and accountability for client success.
  • Champion innovation alongside a management team actively reshaping how payroll services are delivered.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team committed to excellence.

Requirements

  • Strong numerical skills and a keen understanding of complex interrelationships.
  • Conscientiousness as well as a solution-oriented and independent working style.
  • At least 5 to 10 years of experience in payroll.
  • Highly knowledgeable in payroll, social security, and individual taxation.
  • Technology savvy with excellent proficiency in payroll tools such as Abacus and SAP.
  • Positive attitude toward technological advancements and willingness to actively support them.
  • Leadership experience and eagerness to leverage expertise to train the team and help expand market share.
  • Excellent command of English and fluency in either French or German; additional language skills are considered a significant advantage.
