In Global Employer Services, we support internationally mobile employees and executives as they work across borders, ensuring compliance with tax and social security rules both locally and internationally. You will focus on Swiss Individual Tax, working in a high-impact team to deliver comprehensive solutions for our global clients.
Tasks
- Take ownership from day one and be involved in client-facing activities in the field of Swiss tax.
- Prepare Swiss tax declarations and analyze complex international tax and social security positions.
- Conduct research and prepare advice tailored to each client.
- Develop specific knowledge in Swiss national and international tax.
- Learn and apply technical knowledge directly to engaging cases.
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to clients and colleagues.
Requirements
- Curiosity, proactive mindset, and willingness to take ownership.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and digital mindset (Excel, tools, systems).
- Thrive in an international and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in law, business, economics, finance or similar.
- Applicants without a university degree but with relevant experience (e.g., with social security authorities or tax offices) are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in German & English.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Previous mobility or tax experience is a plus but not required.
