Join our Performance Improvement and Restructuring team in Zurich and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses. Collaborate closely with Deloitte experts from legal, tax and regulatory services to deliver tailored solutions. Tasks

  • Support our dedicated core team to address clients’ challenges and meet their needs with practical hands-on solutions, including performance improvement, strategic option analyses, managed exits, refinancings, and legal entity consolidations.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and develop insights.
  • Draft input to client reports, such as status updates and restructuring options, and prepare financial analyses for shareholders, financing institutions or regulators.
  • Assist with project management of timelines, cost, resources and deliverables, and be responsible for tracking.
  • Contribute to business development activities and quality/risk procedures to support the growth of our offering.
  • Share your ideas, enthusiasm, and investigative insights to drive projects forward and take ownership of your deliverables.

Requirements

  • You are a curious generalist with a strong ability to listen and explain complex matters in a relatable and understandable way.
  • You enjoy orchestrating the path to a solution with many different contributors and working out practical solutions.
  • You have a good understanding of financial statements and are confident in working in Excel and PowerPoint to generate meaningful insights for decision-making in high-pressure environments.
  • You are open-minded to join our journey to reshape how we work, including the use of AI.
  • Master’s degree or close to completion of an advanced academic programme with special focus on finance, banking, business administration, accounting, economics or law.
  • 1+ years’ work experience in an area like strategy, transformation, transaction services, management consulting or similar (at consultant level).
  • Fluency in German and English with knowledge of financial terminology.
  • Other languages are a plus, preferably French.
