Mechanical Engineer - Radar

• Work on enclosure and radome structural design, ensuring lightweight, durable, and RF-transparent solutions.
• Select materials based on strength, weight, and corrosion resistance.
• Perform structural analysis for vibration, shock, and wind loads.
• Ensure sealing, gasketing, and coatings meet IP ratings, designing for operation in wide temperature ranges and harsh conditions.
• Develop mounting and integration solutions for vehicles, towers, UAVs, and stationary installations.
• Ensure precise alignment and stability of radar during operation.
• Contribute to thermal management, including designing passive and active cooling systems, thermal simulations, and testing.
• Support electronic engineers with thermomechanical codesign of PCBs.
• Participate in prototyping and manufacturing support to ensure manufacturability and quality of designs.
