You will connect engineering processes, product data, and digital tools into an efficient system that enables teams to design, build, and scale advanced aerospace and defense technologies. As PLM Product Owner/Admin, you will own and continuously improve the product lifecycle management environment, ensuring engineers can work faster, smarter, and with confidence in their data. Your work will directly influence how products move from concept to reality.

Tasks

  • Collaborate closely with engineers, key users, and process owners to translate business and engineering requirements into efficient PLM workflows and improved CAD design methodologies.
  • Optimize and maintain critical PLM processes including Engineering Change Requests and Notices, BOM management, document control, and product configuration management.
  • Own and manage PLM master data including standards, libraries, templates, materials, and standard part repositories.
  • Gather, prioritize, and implement enhancement requests while managing the PLM improvement roadmap and backlog.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across all PLM data, including export control requirements, project standards, and regulatory obligations.
  • Define and maintain user roles, permissions, and data access structures across projects, departments, and international sites.
  • Support the integration and alignment of PLM processes with business systems such as ERP and quality management platforms.
  • Act as a trusted subject matter expert for Teamcenter and NX, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices to users across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience working with Siemens NX and Teamcenter as both a user and administrator.
  • Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management principles, configuration management, and engineering change management processes.
  • Experience working with Siemens Teamcenter and Microsoft Dynamics environments.
  • Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and data governance strategies.
  • University degree in Engineering or a comparable technical education such as Mechanical Design or Product Development.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering workflows.
  • Experience managing product structures, BOMs, CAD data, and technical documentation.
  • Hands-on mindset with a willingness to travel occasionally between international sites.
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills in English.
