We are looking for a business developer to create and close deals with a complex portfolio, focusing on finding new clients, understanding their challenges, building the right solution, and closing the deal. You will own the full cycle from the first call to the signed contract.
Tasks
- Prospect and open doors across all sectors, especially in regulated and IT sensitive areas.
- Run sharp discovery meetings and identify real business pain.
- Build compelling proposals yourself without waiting for others.
- Close deals ranging from CHF 100k to 2M+ ARR.
- Keep your pipeline clean, forecasts honest, and follow-through relentless.
- Sell the full portfolio across four domains: Swiss Sovereign Cloud, Container Platform & DevOps, Managed Workplace & Full IT Outsourcing, and Public & Hybrid Cloud.
Requirements
- 5–10 years selling B2B technology — cloud, managed services, or IT outsourcing.
- Enough technical depth to build a credible solution outline on your own before involving architects.
- Familiarity with Swiss regulatory context — FINMA RS 2018/3, ISAE 3000, ISO 27001 — and understanding why it matters to regulated buyers.
- A proven track record of winning new logos, with names and numbers.
- Fluent in French and English.
- A closer who qualifies hard and finishes what you start.
- Technically curious, learning fast and going deep when it matters.
- Direct, honest, and commercially driven.
- Treat your territory like your own business.
- Show up with energy, initiative, and hunger, and can be shaped.
