You help shape the technical architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and work closely with solution architects. You design and build strong integration systems using Azure and AI tools, making sure everything is secure, scalable, and high-performing. You work with clients and teams to turn business needs into clear technical plans.
Your tasks
- Define and design the technical setup for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions with solution architects.
- Create and set up integration systems for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using Azure and AI tools like AI Builder, Azure Cognitive Services, or Copilot.
- Work with client technical teams and internal consultants to deliver complete solutions that fit business needs.
- Turn business and functional needs into clear, organized technical plans for different development teams.
- Guide teams in making architecture choices, handling complex builds, integrations, and following best practices.
- Coach and support nearshore and offshore teams to meet architecture standards and project goals.
- Advise customers on using Azure and Dynamics 365 tools the best way possible.
- Help with pre-sales tasks like designing solutions, giving technical estimates, making demos, and writing proposals.
- Take charge of technical sizing, development, testing, acceptance, and writing technical documents.
- Build and keep long-term, trusted relationships with customers through all project steps.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- 7 to 10 years of experience with Dynamics 365 projects in IT services or consulting.
- Strong technical skills in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, especially Finance & Operations; experience with other apps like D365 CE, Power Platform, or AI is a plus.
- Good understanding of ERP projects, development, support, integration systems, databases, and the Dynamics 365 data model.
- Experience writing clear technical and architecture documents and leading teams in different locations.
- Strong communication skills and a team player mindset for working with clients and multicultural teams.
- Swiss citizen or EU national.
- Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
- Willing to live in or near Switzerland and travel within Switzerland.
