Do you want to lead complex digital transformation projects and have a real impact on business outcomes? In this role, you take charge of project execution, quality, and growth within client engagements at ELCA’s IIM Business Line.

Your tasks

  • Lead large and complex projects as Project Manager, taking full responsibility for delivery.
  • Supervise and coach Project Managers on smaller projects, making sure quality and control are maintained.
  • Drive large offers and help convert strategic opportunities through RFPs and pre-sales activities.
  • Work closely with Client Partners and Sales to design effective delivery approaches.
  • Develop and support Project Managers and consultants in the business line.
  • Contribute to improving value propositions and delivery processes across the team.

What you bring

  • 8–12+ years of experience in IT services or consulting, with strong delivery management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and sensitive client situations.
  • Experience in coaching and developing people.
  • Familiarity with IIM/ECM solutions, including Input, Document, Output Management, and BPM.
  • Strong credibility with clients and internal teams at all levels.
  • Understanding of financial and commercial aspects of consulting work.
  • University degree or similar professional experience.
