Your tasks
- Design strategies for testing migration scripts that balance realistic data, anonymization, and practical needs
- Build a proof-of-concept system to create test datasets from schema documentation, existing queries, or carefully sampled production data
- Define testing strategies, such as unit and end-to-end tests, and decide on the minimum data sizes needed
- Develop ways to measure how well different synthetic data methods find real issues
- Explore using multi-agent systems to split up tasks like schema analysis, constraint extraction, data generation, anonymization checking, and test validation
What you bring
- Strong Python programming skills for data processing, testing, and CI/CD integration
- Understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling
- Experience with large language models and agentic systems, including prompting, tool use, and orchestration
- Familiarity with data security and anonymization
- Problem-solving mindset and comfort making technical decisions with unclear requirements
- Clear technical writing and documentation skills
