Your tasks

  • Support Professional Services and Sales teams to prepare high-quality submission dossiers
  • Draft, format, and structure offer documents to ensure they are clear and consistent
  • Respond quickly to customer requests and help deliver proposals fast
  • Work with partners, subcontractors, and sourcing companies to find the right profiles and confirm their availability
  • Follow up with teams and suppliers to collect missing information
  • Support contract setup and invoicing by checking data and gathering documents
  • Keep track of requests, offers, and KPIs to make sure data quality is high
  • Help improve processes, templates, and tools, including using AI solutions
  • Be a central contact and work closely with different business areas

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or similar
  • Some experience as PMO, Bid Manager, or in IT recruiting/sourcing is a plus
  • Good at assessing IT profiles, seniority levels, business domains, and certifications
  • Service-minded and strong communicator, at ease with internal and external partners
  • Good with Office tools; knowing AI tools is an advantage
  • Organized, precise, and can work well in a matrix organization
  • Fluent in French, German, and English (level C1)
  • IPMA D certification or willing to obtain it
