You play a key role in building and expanding strong relationships with clients in the public sector, transport, and international organizations. You help drive digital transformation, cybersecurity, cloud, and data modernization for important clients. You work closely with executives, open new opportunities, and shape how our company supports these sectors.

Your tasks

  • Engage and advise C-level stakeholders in client organizations
  • Own and develop key account relationships from start to finish
  • Lead account strategy, planning, and executive reviews
  • Drive demand and create commercial proposals
  • Manage complex, multi-year sales cycles
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure successful execution
  • Act as the main contact for strategic and escalation topics
  • Find, qualify, and win new strategic opportunities in public administration, transport operators, and international organizations
  • Develop strong knowledge of public sector, transportation, and international-organization landscapes
  • Promote the company’s digital transformation, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions
  • Represent the company at events and strengthen market presence
  • Work with internal teams and partners to influence offerings and go-to-market strategies
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer and guide priorities
  • Provide accurate forecasting, risk management, and reporting

What you bring

  • Proven experience in public administration, transport authorities, or international organizations is a strong plus
  • 7–12 years in key account management or enterprise sales
  • Success managing high-stakes, long sales cycles and closing multi-year transformation programs
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong executive presence and ability to work with C-Suite leaders
  • Ability to manage complex governance and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, resilient in long cycles, and skilled at building long-term relationships
  • Ability to grow existing accounts and win new ones
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering
  • Fluent in English and French; German is a strong plus
