Your tasks
- Support customers with their digitalization strategies and IT projects
- Understand customer needs to design efficient solutions
- Solve client challenges using a structured approach, identify project risks, and communicate solutions
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to clarify issues, define problems, and make recommendations
- Conduct workshops with clients through project phases
- Lead the full lifecycle from business needs to analysis and solution design with business and technical teams
- Prioritize requirements from different stakeholders
- Identify, analyze, and document business requirements as user stories for agile development
- Act as the link between customers and experts (like subject matter experts and development teams)
- Lead system tests
- Help with project management and administration
What you bring
- University degree in IT, business administration, or similar experience
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or management consulting (ideally in a service company)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with proven success working with stakeholders and experts
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in German and English, especially for RFPs and marketing
- Proactive and able to work independently and in a structured way
- Excellent analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated to take IT solutions from idea to implementation
- Interest in strategic consulting (data or IT governance, digital strategy, IT management, audit, assessments)
- Bonus: Certifications like IREB, HERMES, CSPO, ISTQB, or IPMA; experience with data modeling, BPM; experience in energy, construction, healthcare, or public administration
