Your tasks

  • Support customers with their digitalization strategies and IT projects
  • Understand customer needs to design efficient solutions
  • Solve client challenges using a structured approach, identify project risks, and communicate solutions
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to clarify issues, define problems, and make recommendations
  • Conduct workshops with clients through project phases
  • Lead the full lifecycle from business needs to analysis and solution design with business and technical teams
  • Prioritize requirements from different stakeholders
  • Identify, analyze, and document business requirements as user stories for agile development
  • Act as the link between customers and experts (like subject matter experts and development teams)
  • Lead system tests
  • Help with project management and administration

What you bring

  • University degree in IT, business administration, or similar experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or management consulting (ideally in a service company)
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with proven success working with stakeholders and experts
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in German and English, especially for RFPs and marketing
  • Proactive and able to work independently and in a structured way
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated to take IT solutions from idea to implementation
  • Interest in strategic consulting (data or IT governance, digital strategy, IT management, audit, assessments)
  • Bonus: Certifications like IREB, HERMES, CSPO, ISTQB, or IPMA; experience with data modeling, BPM; experience in energy, construction, healthcare, or public administration
