Join a dynamic and multicultural team where you help design and implement Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions for a range of customers. Work on projects from start to finish and make a real impact by supporting digital transformation for public and private organizations in Switzerland.

Your tasks

  • Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics (Sales, Customer Service & Contact Center, Marketing, Field Service) and Microsoft Power Platform for customer projects.
  • Work on the entire CRM project life cycle: pre-sales, requirement analysis, solution design, construction, deployment, and operations.

What you bring

  • Academic degree from a university, university of applied sciences, or technical college.
  • At least three years’ experience in a service company implementing Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform solutions.
  • Efficient working style, both independently and in a team.
  • Strong customer focus and very good communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Model driven Apps, Canvas App, Power Automate, Power Pages.
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one module: Sales Automation, Customer Service & Contact Center, Field Service Management, or Marketing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE standard functionalities.
  • Ability to recognize configuration limits and suggest cost-efficient programming extensions.
  • Experience with Microsoft products like Copilot, Azure architecture, Power BI, Fabric is a plus.
  • Fluent in French and English.
