In this role, you will participate in the implementation of Dynamics 365 FO for Swiss customers and major international accounts, working at the interface between business and IT.

Tasks

  • Lead or work in your functional stream with an end-to-end vision and cooperate with other domain/stream leads to lay the foundation for a successful project.
  • Be responsible for achieving objectives within your stream (scope, quality and deadlines).
  • Advise customers to build and optimize their flow in the corresponding functional domain and help build their reporting and KPI.
  • Conduct business analysis and develop concepts and specifications together with relevant specialists and suppliers.
  • Design the solution, perform and accompany tests, and train key users.
  • Support the sales department with pre-sales activities and execute tender procedures.
  • Provide support on running projects autonomously and in coordination with the project manager.

Requirements

  • Certification on Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO for your functional specialty (Finance, Supply Chain, etc).
  • At least 6 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 in an IT service company.
  • Experience in your functional domain (Finance concept) and Project accounting.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Success By Design Framework or Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (SCN, IT, Accounting, or Business Administration).
  • Ability to work in French and English; German knowledge is an asset.
  • Ability to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad for deployments.
  • Swiss citizen or citizen of the European Community, wishing to live in Switzerland or near the border.
