Are you passionate about digital projects, customer experience, and innovation? Join the ELCA Digital Agency team, a young, motivated, and highly engaged group supporting clients in ambitious customer relationship and customer experience digitalization projects. You will work in a practice that combines project management, business analysis, UX, front-end, back-end, and mobile development, as well as digital marketing, collaborating with offshore teams in Mauritius, Spain, Italy, and Vietnam.

Tasks

  • Analyze business needs within your project scope and translate them into digital solutions with a technical dimension, including analysis of flows, APIs, and integrations with existing systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Draft scoping and specification deliverables such as user stories, acceptance criteria, front-end specifications (screens, UI behaviors), and back-end specifications (APIs, flows, integrations).
  • Facilitate workshops with clients to define needs, challenge proposed solutions, and engage stakeholders.
  • Coordinate development teams (internal and offshore) throughout delivery to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
  • Ensure technical and functional alignment with third-party solution vendors/providers, managing dependencies, roadmaps, and tracking updates.
  • Actively participate in testing phases, including writing test scenarios, functional acceptance testing, and validation of deliverables.
  • Be accountable for the project's progress and quality within your scope, beyond just producing specifications.
  • Contribute to customer relationship and customer experience digitalization projects on web and/or mobile solutions with strong integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team (architects, UX/UI, lead developers) and incorporate their contributions.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer engineering, management, or information systems.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience, including initial experience as a developer.
  • Successful prior experience as a Business Analyst, ideally on digital projects (web/mobile).
  • Comfortable with technical topics, able to analyze APIs, data flows, and integration architectures.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and associated deliverables (user stories, backlog, acceptance criteria).
  • Experience facilitating client workshops and coordinating development teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools in a design/development project context is a plus.
  • Strong sense of accountability, driving the success of your project scope beyond writing specifications.
  • Good communication skills in French and English (German is a plus).
  • Curious, rigorous, and comfortable in a stimulating environment within a young, motivated, and highly engaged team.
