For an EU grant at the Laboratory for Functional Polymers, we are searching for a motivated PhD student to work on a research project in the field of novel dielectric elastic materials.
Tasks
- Synthesize specially designed polymers and elastomers with improved dielectric and mechanical properties.
- Evaluate the dielectric, optical, mechanical, and electromechanical properties of the materials.
Requirements
- Strong background in synthetic organic and polymer chemistry.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary field.
- Openness to learning new things.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Master’s degree.
