We are looking to further strengthen our Corporate M&A team by hiring an M&A Manager who brings strong expertise, takes ownership, and actively contributes to the continued success of the team.
Tasks
- Drive M&A initiatives together with the Head of M&A in collaboration with the Executive Management, the business units, and our private equity investor
- Identify, assess, and execute acquisition opportunities, from target identification and the management of due diligence processes through to signing and closing
- Hand over the transaction to PMI following completion, ensuring a smooth transition
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners such as legal and financial advisors, investment banks and other transaction experts
- Prepare valuations, financial models, deal analyses and decision materials for the Executive Management and Board of Directors
- Conduct market, company, and competitive analyses
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Corporate M&A, M&A advisory, investment banking, transaction advisory or private equity
- Strong skills in valuation, financial modelling and financial analysis
- Strong conceptual skills combined with the ability to condense complex issues into crisp key messages and to craft compelling PowerPoint presentations
- Ability to cope well in fast-paced and challenging environments, handling and prioritizing deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Strong communication skills and confidence in working with senior stakeholders
- Fluent English is required, German is a plus
- Experience in the Professional Services industry (e.g. consulting, IT services, business services) will be favorably regarded
