Tasks

  • Drive clients' digital transformation by identifying and implementing innovative R&D solutions, focusing on Clinical and Pharmacovigilance.
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality consulting services.
  • Foster a collaborative, digitally-driven team culture that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Guide clients in adopting and integrating advanced digital tools and platforms, ensuring smooth implementation and maximizing value.
  • Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation initiatives, helping clients develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with regulatory and pharmacovigilance objectives.
  • Support clients throughout their transformation journey, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in implementing transformative system and business processes in areas such as CTMS, eTMF, RIM, QMS, CDMS and PV, preferably with Veeva Vault or equivalent high-impact transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Data & AI Use Cases in R&D.
  • 3+ years of consulting experience in Life Science with a strong industry network.
  • Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Passion for shaping the Industry within Eraneos and delivering value for clients and patients.
  • Veeva White Belt Certification.
  • Hands-on experience in clinical trials, such as serving as Clinical Trial Leader or Assistant.
  • Experience in digital strategies, data governance, or master data management.
