Tasks

  • Drive the digital transformation of clients by identifying and implementing innovative digital solutions in R&D, focusing on Data&AI, Clinical, or Pharmacovigilance.
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality consulting services.
  • Foster a collaborative, digitally-savvy team environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Support clients in adopting and integrating advanced digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless implementation and maximal business impact.
  • Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation initiatives, helping clients develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with regulatory and pharmacovigilance objectives.
  • Support clients through their digital transformation journey, ensuring smooth integration of new technologies and processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading transformative system implementations in the respective area (CTMS, eTMF, RIM, QMS, CDMS, PV), preferably Veeva Vault – or equivalent transformation initiatives with substantial business impact.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Data&AI use cases in R&D.
  • 5+ years of consulting experience in a management role, including driving sales and business development by leveraging a strong client network within Europe.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for shaping the Industry within Eraneos and for our clients, ultimately delivering value for patients.
  • Veeva White Belt Certification is an advantage.
