Tasks
- Lead business development for the industrial products and consumer goods sectors in French-speaking Switzerland by leveraging your network, acquiring new clients, and securing follow-up engagements.
- Drive the development of our consulting portfolio in Romandie and play a key role in growing our presence and team.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders on digitalization topics.
- Lead complex transformation programs that improve operational performance, business agility, and digital maturity.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in IT & digital consulting, with a focus on the consumer goods and/or industrial products industry.
- A strong personal network in the consumer goods and/or industrial products industry in French-speaking Switzerland, and the ability to build and grow trusted client relationships.
- Expertise in at least one of the following areas: CIO Advisory, IT & Digital Strategy, Cyber-Security, Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture, ERP, MES, PLM Applications.
- A university degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written); German is a plus.
- A collaborative and proactive mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.
