Join EY's People Advisory Services (PAS) department in the Client Payroll team and deliver high-quality payroll services while contributing to exciting client projects. Part-time positions and returnees are welcome.
Tasks
- Support national and international clients in payroll and HR administration.
- Manage payroll accounting, including communication with clients, tax authorities, and social security institutions.
- Collaborate with nearshore and offshore teams to ensure timely completion of monthly payroll processes.
- Contribute to business development activities, including client acquisition and local networking.
- Work on internal and external projects from day one, gaining insights into a broad range of technical topics, industries, and business functions.
Requirements
- Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, with a strong interest in payroll.
- One to two years of practical experience in payroll and social security/employment tax.
- Proficient in English and German; French and/or Italian language skills are an asset.
- Solid knowledge of and hands-on experience with MS Office; familiarity with ABACUS and/or SAP is a plus.
- Strong sense of independence and resilience, combined with an entrepreneurial and client-focused mindset.
- Eager to learn and open to developing new skills and expertise.
- Demonstrates an agile, growth-oriented mindset, valuing both knowledge and attitude as key drivers of success.
