Tasks

  • Advise clients with solutions for identifying, assessing, managing and monitoring non-financial risks.
  • Help clients implement measures in the context of Operational Resilience.
  • Enhance clients’ Operational Resilience to reduce the risk of disruption to their business operations.
  • Participate in the ideation process to streamline internal operations and bolster clients' resilience activities.
  • Shape the future of risk management through innovative approaches.

Requirements

  • A university degree (BA/S or MA/S), ideally with subjects linked to financial services.
  • 6+ years of work experience in the financial services sector, either in a control function (e.g. BCM, TPRM) or through consulting work.
  • Experience in Operational Resilience, BCM and/or TPRM.
  • Optional: Experience in IT Risk or Information Security is a plus.
  • Experience in managing and leading project teams and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in driving business development activities such as responding to requests for proposals and go-to-market activities.
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office tools (specifically MS PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in an agile way and keep pace with a rapidly changing world.
  • Curious and determined mindset.
