  • Coordinate with EY partner offices, clients, and fund administrators to obtain, validate, and reconcile data required for accurate tax reporting.

  • Support and coach junior team members.

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills and a confident command of MS Excel; experience in data analytics or automation is considered as an advantage.
  • Ability to translate complex tax and regulatory requirements into clear, practical solutions for clients.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written); German is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and the drive to keep learning in a fast-moving field.
  • Keen interest in process optimization, automation, and digital transformation such as AI implementation.

Benefits

At EY, you will be developed with future-focused skills and equipped with world-class experiences. You will be empowered in a flexible environment and supported in a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams.
