Our Tax Services Reward team helps clients manage complex challenges in executive and board rewards, pensions and benefits, corporate transactions, and broader reward topics such as regulatory compliance, equity programs, grading, and performance management. As a Senior Consultant, you will work with a range of clients on projects across multiple sectors and industries, collaborating with experienced teams in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks

  • Collaborate closely with clients to support and contribute to various projects.
  • Work on benchmarking projects at both the executive level and across the broader workforce.
  • Design compensation plans, incentive structures for different stakeholders, and reward policies.
  • Develop and implement job grading and job architecture frameworks.
  • Conduct remuneration surveys and analyze remuneration data.
  • Assist in project planning, data analysis, report writing, and the development of presentation materials.
  • Work with key project leaders to manage and maintain client relationships.
  • Collaborate effectively with other workforce advisory colleagues, as well as service lines and colleagues across EY globally.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Economics or Finance, with a solid understanding of HR topics.
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, and/or HR Consulting, ideally in HR topics and people consulting.
  • Experience conducting remuneration surveys, supporting the day-to-day management of a company’s remuneration offering, and knowledge about market trends in the field of rewards and key drivers, with an HR generalist background.
  • Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills, along with the ability to create effective data presentations.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions with a pragmatic and adaptable approach.
  • A team player mentality with the ability to integrate with new teams quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, with experience in producing high-quality reports, papers, and presentations.
