Our People Consulting Service Line focuses on all workforce topics, helping clients with talent management, HR systems, people analytics, learning, culture change, and human centered change management. We are looking to strengthen our People Consulting team in Change Management at our Geneva, Basel, or Zurich office. In this role, you will work with experienced colleagues to help clients evolve their ways of working in technology-enabled transformation, workplace, or culture evolution.
Tasks
- Help with the design and delivery of organizational change, learning, communication, culture, and workforce transformation initiatives for leading organizations.
- Work on business and technology transformations, including ERP, digital, AI-enabled, and operating model transformation programs.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in change management
- Ability to work in large, international, and interdisciplinary teams
- Curiosity, growth mindset, and client orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record in set-up and roll-out of initiatives and programs covering human centered change
- Proficiency in English is a must, as well as German or French
