Join our Tax Services team to gain exposure to a broad range of complex tax matters across both domestic and international environments. We advise leading financial institutions, including banks, wealth managers, insurance companies, and asset managers on optimizing their business and legal structures. Tasks
- Support clients with the interpretation, implementation and application of regulatory and operational tax concepts, focusing on tax transparency topics such as FATCA, QI, and Automatic Exchange of Information, as well as related reporting obligations.
- Be involved in practical, hands-on tasks, including guiding clients through onboarding rules, reviewing client documentation, applying tax calculation rules, classifying securities, and supporting tax reporting to both regulators and clients, as well as managing operational tax functions and tax-related data.
- Contribute to the development of holistic solutions, working closely with colleagues across Legal, Audit and Consulting teams, as well as with international teams across different jurisdictions.
- Be involved in client secondments and on-site projects on a regular basis.
Requirements
- A recognized diploma in law, economics, finance or equivalent (federal, bachelor’s or master’s degree).
- Knowledge on tax transparency topics (FATCA, QI, CRS, etc.) is considered as a plus.
- Ideally, a first experience in Swiss and international tax law in a consulting firm or a financial institution.
- An excellent level of French and English (German and/or Italian are considered as a plus).
- Fast learner with strong analytical and numerical skills, combined with adaptability, flexibility, and a collaborative team spirit.
