We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Zurich (Temporary for 12 months) to partner with both the business and our employer branding team to drive long-term value for our clients and our people through attracting and hiring the right talents. As part of our Talent Attraction and Acquisition team, you will play an important role and build strategic relationships with leaders, hiring managers and other teams. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose.
Tasks
- Act as the key point of contact for Audit stakeholders, proactively manage relationships and ensure effective and timely recruitment.
- Drive the full recruitment life cycle aiming at creating a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Align with business goals and develop adapted sourcing solutions to attract high quality candidates.
- Focus on graduate recruitment and advise on current trends and expectations.
- Bring your own ideas and run ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of successful experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in an international environment, either inhouse or within a recruitment agency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
