Your tasks
- Advise clients on all aspects of indirect tax and VAT in a fast-changing environment
- Optimize business and legal structures for a diverse client base, from multinational companies to startups
- Handle client mandates and guide less experienced colleagues through complex projects
- Work in interdisciplinary teams to deliver solutions and support clients' healthy development
- Embrace new challenges and help clients master upcoming changes in indirect tax
What you bring
- Recognized diploma in Law and/or Economics, preferably from a Swiss University or equivalent foreign diploma
- Certified Tax Expert recognition is an asset
- 5 to 7 years of experience in indirect tax consulting, ideally at a Big4 or similar consulting firm, in Switzerland or internationally
- Additional experience as an in-house VAT advisor is a valuable asset
- Proven track record as a manager handling client mandates and guiding colleagues
- Fluent in German and English; other languages are appreciated
- Show commitment, initiative, and a proactive approach to career development
- Have an agile, growth-oriented, and innovative mindset
- Be curious, purpose-driven, and inclusive, valuing diverse perspectives
