Your tasks
- Work with national and international companies in the banking sector
- Build trusted client relationships and high-performing teams
- Focus on delivering quality audits with a connected, responsive, and insightful approach
- Benefit from intensive on-the-job training, supervision, and counselling
What you bring
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Audit & Management Control, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or Economics (Swiss university degree is an asset)
- Certified public accountant diploma or similar (Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA, etc.), or about to obtain one
- 2-3 years of experience in external audit (Big Four experience is an asset)
- Experience in Swiss Regulatory audits is a strong asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French
- English and German skills are strong assets; any additional language is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills: communicate well, build strong relationships, maintain a positive outlook, and work under pressure
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong interest in the profession and a client-oriented attitude
- Team player mentality to drive solutions within motivated and diverse teams
