Join a team where you make an impact from day one. You work closely with Sales Excellence in the Coffee Systems Division, helping set up strong contract and compliance frameworks. You support projects that shape our business, get exposure to senior leaders, and grow your skills in a dynamic, international environment.
Your tasks
- Drive the rollout of the new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, including piloting, training, and user support
- Develop and apply contract standards that follow company and group rules
- Prepare and review commercial contracts and documents on your own
- Manage contract filing and archiving for Switzerland and export regions (APAC & EMEA), including keeping track of deadlines and making sure documents are secure
- Be the main contact for Sales & Service teams on all contract questions, working with Group Legal
- Help Sales & Service teams in customer talks and negotiations
- Check that contracts follow company rules and help improve these guidelines
What you bring
- Master's degree in Business Administration (ideally with a legal focus) or Business Law, with some related work experience
- You speak and write English and German well; other languages are a plus
- Good understanding of, or willingness to learn, commercial, contract, and digital compliance topics
- You can turn legal rules into simple business processes
- You like to drive change and help teams in an international setting
- High attention to detail with a practical, business-focused approach
- Interest in learning about different parts of the business and trying new roles
