You help drive change in procurement and make sustainability part of our sourcing and supplier management. You lead projects, support with analytics and market insights, and help shape strategies for suppliers and key business decisions. You also work on making our supply chain more transparent and sustainable by working closely with teams and suppliers.

Your tasks

  • Lead cross-functional procurement transformation projects, such as Buy vs Make analysis, M&A integration support, cost models, and operating model improvements
  • Manage strategic procurement initiatives with clear goals, stakeholder alignment, and measurable results
  • Support the growth of Category Management practices, including strategy frameworks, analytics, and market intelligence
  • Work with Procurement leadership to find new ways to create value in cost, risk, innovation, and supply resilience
  • Promote teamwork across Procurement, Operations, IT, Sustainability, and Finance to deliver results and improve processes
  • Develop and maintain ways of working, frameworks, and best-practice playbooks for procurement
  • Lead the Procurement Academy by creating learning paths in category management, negotiation, supplier management, sustainability, and sourcing
  • Coach Category Managers and share knowledge to strengthen the team
  • Build procurement knowledge tools like templates and case studies to help everyone learn faster
  • Encourage data-driven decisions using analytics and market intelligence
  • Lead the Sustainable Procurement agenda, focusing on responsible procurement and sustainable sourcing
  • Support projects to reduce Scope 3 emissions, improve resource efficiency, and lower lifecycle impacts
  • Work with Group Sustainability, Category Managers, and Supply Chain to include sustainability in strategies and decisions
  • Define, track, and report sustainability KPIs and program progress
  • Own procurement governance routines and coordinate reporting and performance tracking
  • Communicate progress and engage with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Monitor ESG regulations and best practices to ensure compliance
  • Work with suppliers to improve sustainability performance and transparency

What you bring

  • 5-10 years of experience in Procurement, Project Management, and Sustainability in an international setting
  • Experience with procurement transformation, supplier management, and process improvement
  • Strong skills in financial modelling, business cases, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with sustainability, responsible sourcing, or ESG initiatives in supply chains
  • Project management experience with complex, cross-country teams
  • Familiar with procurement processes and sourcing strategies
  • Experience with data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and procurement digital tools
  • Strong communicator with facilitation and training skills
  • Collaborative, structured, and comfortable in a matrix environment
  • High learning agility, resilience, and proactive ownership
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on work
  • Fluent in English; German and other languages are a plus
