You work in a hybrid role, based in Aarburg, Switzerland, and help deliver high-quality results for our Recruiting & Talent Center of Excellence.

Your tasks

  • Support several international and local executive search projects at the same time
  • Work with the recruiting team to define target markets and search strategies
  • Research markets, companies, and candidates to find and prioritize talent
  • Create high-quality longlists and research reports quickly and accurately
  • Prepare progress updates and keep project documents organized
  • Help improve research tools, methods, and knowledge base
  • Work closely with HR colleagues and other team members
  • Share market insights and talent information to support good decisions
  • Engage with global recruiting partners and senior stakeholders
  • Be an active part of project teams and support successful hiring

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in progress or completed is a plus
  • 1–3 years of early professional experience (such as market research, consulting, project planning, talent acquisition, or executive search)
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a structured and reliable way
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset and confidence to share ideas
  • Curious about talent, leadership, and organizations
  • Great at building trust and working with others
  • Comfortable using social media, AI tools, LinkedIn, Google, and modern search technology
  • Fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus
