Tasks
- Support leading organizations in delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to identifying new growth opportunities, shaping innovative business models, and translating strategy into tangible solutions by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Support the analysis of markets, customer needs, and business challenges to identify opportunities for growth and transformation.
- Assist in the development of strategies, business cases, and actionable roadmaps.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative business models and transformation initiatives.
- Support the definition of operating models, processes, and capabilities to enable effective execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic concepts into concrete solutions.
Requirements
- Strong academic background in business, engineering, technology, science, or a related field.
- Internship or initial experience in strategy/management consulting, corporate strategy, innovation, or a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to topics such as strategy & growth, business model innovation, transformation, or customer experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with data and AI (including GenAI) and an interest in applying these tools to drive efficiency and business value.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude, and willingness to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English.
- German is an advantage.
