Tasks
- Lead workstreams within complex transformation programs, managing client stakeholders up to senior leadership level.
- Drive the analysis of markets, customer needs, and business challenges to identify reinvention opportunities and develop strategies and business cases.
- Design and implement innovative business models and support go-to-market and monetization strategies.
- Shape and support the implementation of target operating models and transformation initiatives, including change and adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, data, product, engineering) to translate strategy into concrete solutions.
- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and supporting client pitches.
Requirements
- Strong academic background in business, engineering, technology, science, or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in strategy/management consulting, corporate strategy, innovation, or a high-growth environment.
- Experience across topics such as strategy & growth, business model innovation, operating model design, transformation delivery, or customer experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience structuring complex problems and developing business cases.
- Experience working with data and AI (including GenAI) and the ability to translate capabilities into business value.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and contribute to client interactions independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude, and experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English.
- German is an advantage.
