Your tasks
- Lead and execute the global DSO sales strategy across direct and indirect markets
- Drive international business development and expand strategic DSO partnerships
- Manage and grow relationships with international DSO key accounts and C-level stakeholders
- Lead complex negotiations, tenders, contracts, and RFP processes
- Work closely with regional teams, affiliates, distributors, Marketing, and Scientific Education
- Support local organizations in developing and executing national DSO strategies
- Align pricing, commercial, and contractual frameworks and customer offerings globally
- Build strong internal DSO capabilities and promote best-practice sharing across markets
- Lead international DSO events, workshops, and executive customer engagements
- Provide strategic updates and market insights to senior leadership
What you bring
- At least 5 years of experience in international DSO business or strategic healthcare sales
- Proven success in business development, key account management, and complex negotiations
- Experience leading in international matrix organizations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial mindset with analytical and strategic abilities
- Experience with contracts, tenders, and RFP processes
- Established network in the dental industry and DSO environment
- University degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, Spanish, French, Dutch, or Chinese are an advantage
- Willing to travel internationally (about 50%)
- Dental or medical background is a plus
