Join a leading global network in audit, tax, and consulting, working with Swiss and international financial service providers on regulatory and compliance matters.
Your tasks
- Advise Swiss and international banks, asset managers, and other financial service providers on financial market regulations, including Banking Act, FINIA, FINSA, AMLA, CISA, ESG, and FINMA licensing.
- Handle complex legal issues, considering Swiss legislation and international influences.
- Lead risk and compliance consulting and outsourcing services for financial services clients.
- Strengthen customer relationships, actively engage in the market, and acquire new clients.
- Contribute to interdisciplinary projects and support internal initiatives and strategic tasks.
What you bring
- University degree in Law.
- Admission to the bar and/or further education is a plus.
- Over 7 years of experience in a similar role in Switzerland, ideally in a Big4 or similar environment.
- Strong customer and team orientation with a high level of commitment.
- Fluent in French and English.
