Your tasks
- You advise Swiss and international banks, asset managers, and other financial service providers on financial market regulations such as the Banking Act, FINIA, FINSA, AMLA, CISA, ESG, and FINMA licensing.
- You provide risk and compliance consulting and outsourcing services for financial services clients.
- You draft legal clarifications on financial market law issues, considering Swiss legislation and international influences.
- You draft regulations and directives and review client files.
- You analyse the impact of regulations on financial service providers and develop solutions for clients to implement.
What you bring
- You have a university degree in Law.
- You bring 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a Big4 or comparable environment.
- You are strongly customer- and team-oriented and show a high level of commitment.
- You are fluent in French and English.
