Your tasks
- Transfer and restructure existing technical documentation into Codebeamer, making sure it is consistent, traceable, and meets regulatory requirements
- Set up, structure, and improve the system architecture, requirements structure, and data model in Codebeamer to support the entire product lifecycle
- Ensure traceability between requirements, risks, verification, and design documents within Codebeamer
- Support regulatory compliance activities, including risk management, verification, and documentation (such as MDR, FDA, ISO 14971)
- Work with cross-functional teams like R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Change Management to align system architecture and documentation
- Give transparent progress updates and drive improvements in system engineering processes and tools
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related scientific field (ETH, university, or equivalent)
- Experience in medical product development is helpful
- Experience with Codebeamer is helpful
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, FDA, MDR) and medical product development processes is helpful
- Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to coordinate and motivate teams
- Mindset for continuous improvement and willingness to take initiative
- Fluent in English and able to speak German (at least B2 level)
