Your tasks
- Gather business requirements and design solutions for digital sales tools
- Implement and support systems within an international scrum team using agile methods
- Work mainly with MS Azure AI solutions, and also with SAP S4 HANA, Salesforce, and AWS Microservices
- Enhance productivity and customer engagement through WIN (AI Sales Assistant) solutions
- Contribute to systematic account development for sales teams
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud software (ideally CRM domains), business process management, and agile methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent English
- Experience in stakeholder management in a global matrix environment
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills
- Passion for digital sales and service processes, including business requirements, solution design, and hands-on implementation
- Interest in CRM software
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, generate insights, and communicate findings
- Business acumen to align analytics with organizational goals and understand CRM principles
