Take the lead in shaping security for innovative construction software. In this senior role, you set the security strategy for a fast-growing business, balancing innovation, compliance, and risk. Work closely with business and technology leaders and make a global impact on secure, compliant, and resilient software solutions.

Your tasks

  • Set direction and lead the security program for Construction Software in line with the company's information security strategy.
  • Develop and manage the Construction Software security team and act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and manage information and product security risks, turning threats into practical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, CRA, NIS2, and EU AI regulations.
  • Own and maintain the Construction Software SOC 2 certification and support Group ISO 27001 certification.
  • Drive the development and implementation of ISMS, security architecture, internal controls, and cyber risk management.
  • Independently manage security initiatives and projects from requirements through implementation.
  • Act as a key interface to the Group CISO and other Information Security Officers, promoting alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely follow-up on improvement measures.

What you bring

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field, with strong knowledge of security standards and frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST.
  • Several years in senior or decision-making roles in information or software security, with experience designing and implementing enterprise-level security programs.
  • Proven ability to translate regulatory and legal requirements into practical business security controls and risk measures.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to explain complex security topics to senior, non-technical stakeholders in a global environment.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based software environments, including Cloud & AI Security, DevSecOps, and application security.
